- Michael Rebibo, a native Washingtonian, is the owner and founder of 1st Portfolio, Inc. He has been in the financial services industry since 1988 where he has worked in both the financial planning and the banking industries. A co-founder of Access National Corporation, a NASDAQ (ANCX) listed bank holding company, Mr. Rebibo served as President and CEO of Access National Mortgage and as Senior Vice President of Access National Bank. Prior to forming Access National, Mr. Rebibo served as President and CEO of Financial Security Corporation, a fee-only financial planning firm.
